I been in this business since my career started back in the military back in 1985. I've been in every part of the industry from driving cargo vans and box trucks, to working in the office as a dispatcher / supervisor. I took all my learning experience from the past 35 years and created my own business back in July 2019. It is my primary focus to take care of all my customers and to ensure your packages are delivered on time all the time with great care and professionalism.

I am a new hire at First Choice Delivery. I run the day to day operations of the office functions and I also dispatch any runs that get called in.

Phillip Rice

Driver Coordinator / Onboarding
I been with First Choice Delivery for over 1 year now. It is my job to recruit and orient Independent Contractors and act as the steward for compliance of legal and ethical contracting practices, which results in the minimization of risk for legal challenges.  My role ensures compliance of onboarding paperwork and databases, IC certifications, supports the the business in the ongoing maintenance of DOT and OSHA regulatory compliance requirements and possesses the intellectual capital to provide counsel and support to the Operations team members.

Kathleen Glover

Accounting Dept
I been with First Choice for about 6 months now. I run Barry's accounting dept. My daily tasks are to complete billing and pay the bills. I also handle all accounts receivables.
